We're often on a roof somewhere between Eden and Narooma, so call first if you'd like to find one of us in the office. Otherwise we can usually meet you on site quicker than we can meet you in town.

Do you charge for the initial visit or quote?
No. The first visit is free, and the written quote is free. You only pay if you decide to go ahead and we sign a contract together. Easiest way to get one booked is to give us a call or send the form.
What if I'm not sure exactly what I need?
That's normal, most people who call us aren't sure either. Just give us a call or write "not sure yet" in the form. We'll work it out together when we come and take a look. Call 0490 907 522 or send the form.
Can I drop in without an appointment?
Yes, but it's best to call first so we're actually in the office and not on a roof somewhere. We're on Short Street in Merimbula. A quick phone call first will save you the trip if we're out on a job.
How quickly can you come out for storm damage?
If you've got active water coming in, ring us straight away on 0490 907 522. We prioritise active leaks and can usually get someone out the same day or the next morning. We'll do a temporary tarpaulin to stop the damage first, then quote the full repair separately so you know what you're up for.
Do you work directly with insurance companies?
Yes. If you've had storm damage and you're claiming on insurance, we give you the itemised scope and the photos your insurer needs, and we deal directly with the assessor when they come out. Easiest first step is to give us a ring and we'll walk you through what your insurer is going to ask for.
